"Log in with your site" for your apps

Turn your aMember site into an OAuth 2.0 login server. Your mobile app, desktop app, web service or partner site signs members in with their existing account and learns what they paid for.

One account everywhere

Members use the login they already have. No second password and no duplicate user database.

Access from real billing data

One API call returns active products and expiry dates, so your app can unlock paid features.

Self-hosted identity

No per-user fees to an identity provider. Tokens are signed with your own keys.

Standard OAuth 2.0

Authorization code with PKCE

For mobile, desktop and single-page apps.

Confidential clients

Client secret for server-side apps.

Refresh tokens

Members stay signed in; token lifetimes are up to you.

Server-to-server

Client credentials for your own back-end services.

What your app can read

Account features

Profile editing, e-mail confirmation, newsletter choices and GDPR data export.

REST API with OAuth

Grant REST API permissions as OAuth scopes instead of static keys.

Control

Consent screen

Members see your app's name and what it asks for.

Per-app settings

Allowed flows, scopes and redirect addresses for each app.

Instant revoke

Disable an app and all its tokens stop working.

Extend it

Add your own scopes and endpoints with hooks.

How it works

  1. 1Add your app in aMember and get a client ID and secret.
  2. 2Your app sends the member to your aMember login page.
  3. 3The member signs in and approves access.
  4. 4Your app receives a token and reads the member's profile and subscriptions.
  5. 5Your app unlocks what the member paid for; the refresh token keeps them signed in.
