What are the requirements for using aMember?
aMember works on any recent shared or dedicated webhosting. In short, if your hosting run WordPress, aMember will work fine as well. Detailed requirements are listed in documentation.
Can I use aMember on multiple websites?
Each aMember license allows you to run single public instance of aMember. Discounted multi-site licenses are available upon request.
Additionally, a license key to run aMember on your localhost or in the internal network (for development/staging) is available from member area free of charge.
Do you have a free trial?
Currently we do not provide downloadable trial version of aMember. However, you can try aMember in online demo.
Where my data is stored?
aMember Pro is a software, not a service. Customer data is stored in database on your shared (or dedicated) web-hosting server. Our team have no access to your customers data or protected content.
Is it safe to store credit card data?
In past, to process subscription rebills, websites had to store customer credit cards in local database. It was very risky practice.
Thankfully, payment systems appeared, like Stripe or PayPal. If integration is correctly configured, credit card information is never stored or even entered on your own website. aMember provides complete support for these modern payment integrations.
Do you take a percentage of my sales?
No. You pay for the license once. Payments go straight from your customers to your own merchant account.
Can I move my members from another platform?
Yes. Import users and their subscriptions from CSV, and our team can help with the migration.
