If you would like to keep track of all your tickets submitted to our HelpDesk (and our responses to them), please make sure you have a valid HelpDesk/Forum account. It is free and easy to set up — just fill out our short registration form, log in and return back to this page. If you already have a HelpDesk account, simply log in to opening a ticket.
Our guaranteed response time on weekdays is 24 hours (we are closed on weekends). Most support tickets are responded to within only a few hours, unless they revolve around more complicated issues that require our techs to spend more time on them, obviously.
If you have submitted a ticket and haven't received an email response within 24 hours (again, we are closed on weekends), please double check if the response is available in HelpDesk here, under your own account since e-mail responses from our team could, on a rare occasion, be flagged as spam and end up in your junk folder without you even knowing we ever responded to your issue.
