WooCommerce Subscriptions Paypal Billing Import?

    I just installed aMember and have it most of the way configured...I'm wondering if anyone knows a way to get subscribers who have set up recurring billing with PayPal via the WooCommerce Subscriptions plugin imported, manually or automatically over to aMember so that their recurring billing does not get interrupted??

    Hello,

    You need to do:

    1. enable option "Accept Direct Payments" within PayPal plugin:
    aMember CP -> Configuration -> Setup/Configuration -> PayPal

    2. setup redirect from previous IPN url to this one:
    https://example.com/amember/payment/paypal/ip
    (replace https://example.com/amember with actual url of your aMember installation)

    3. import users at:
    aMember CP -> Users -> Import

    during import important part:
    • Enable option "Add Subscription"
    • You need to choose two fields
      • Member External ID = it should be customer payer_id from PayPal
      • Invoice External ID = it should be parent_txn_id or subscr_id from PayPal subscription

    PayPal Billing Agreements can be imported with WooCommerce Subscriptions and used for Reference Transactions. But PayPal Standard Subscriptions can not be imported.
