Hi, My user statistics: Active (free/paid) 2282 (103/2179) Why do I have 103 free members? I have not given access to members for free, only a handfull, family members on the site etc. How can i see a list of all free members? I want to find out who they are and why? Regards
Here's how to find the information you want. Go into the payment reporting screen. Click "Search by string", enter "0.00" and select "Payment amount" in the drop down box. Click Display. This will show you all free memberships in your system.
