Which file do I change to move this down please?

    Hi there, I'm not css literate, I just change things and have a look to see what's happened! :eek: So originally I did things to the log in template, but I can't remember how! Which file do I need to change to move the log in box down on this page please, and to not have the second green header strip so thick. http://www.cardmakingparadise.com/amember/login
