    Hi

    I tried support with this but nothing through yet - I tried to upgrade from 5.4 to 5.5 and got the dreaded.

    Now all I see when I try to get to my members system admin is this:

    An Error has occurred

    The database has encountered a problem, please try again later.

    I can't get in - even if I put it into maintenance mode.

    Looking at the logs in the database, it looks like it's continually trying to insert a column:

    Duplicate key name 'product_id' at /var/www/vhosts/app.journalytix.me/httpdocs/members/library/Am/Db.php line 97(1061) in query: ALTER TABLE `am_access` ADD KEY `product_id` (`product_id`), ADD KEY `transaction_product` (`transaction_id`,`product_id`);

    I have no idea how to get it out of this cycle. Anyone got any clues?

    Cheers

    Pete
