As I can't get a decent answer from support, I will have to turn to forum posts to get an answer to my question. I have a site which provides a subscription service for users to learn English. There are two types of subuser: Teacher and Student. I have the subusers plugin which I require to perform a specific action: If an Account Manager creates a Teacher subuser, the Teacher should automatically be created with Product A. If a Teacher creates a Student subuser, the Student should be automatically be created with Product B. How can I arrange the products to make this happen? Thanks
Hello, You need to create product for Account Manager. within this product settings in section Subusers you need to add both Product A and product B: Then when account manage get access to Account Manager product then he can add subsusers and when he add subusers he can choose group - Product A or product B: In this example Product A represent Teacher access and Product B student access.
