I've been reading the aMember forums for quite some time now trying to find a thread pertaining to this particular payment processing issue, but no luck thus far... so here goes.

We're running a service that charges an initial lifetime membership fee of $79.99. Once this membership fee has been paid, a user can login and then post ad listings at a rate of $19.99 each. We're able to handle the initial lifetime membership fee processing with no problems, but we're having some issues with the implementation of the $19.99 per listing model.

Is there a way to handle subscriptions on a per-listing basis? Meaning, a user would have multiple subscriptions of the same item which are then linked to an ad listing and billed accordingly.

Yes, it is possible (you need to set renewal group for your "listings" products to "-1" ).

Only the problem is that your customers will be unable to order several instances of listing at once (from scratch). It is possible as little customization.

Alex - can you post the necessary customisations on this board, as I'm sure I'm not the only one who would be interested to see how this is done.

I guess this is how you do the main amember licence product on your own site?

    Cheers
    Rob
