Hi, I upload a new product every month on the 19th of every month, however, some members are getting a free month as the dates make them skip a month. I've attached a screenshot showing what I mean. The subscription months go like this: 19th Jan to 18th Feb 19th Feb to 18th March 19th March to 18th April etc... In the screenshot example, the person first paid on the 18th Feb...so they got month 1. The next payment came on the 19th March...so they get month 3...as month 2 was between 19th Feb and 18th March....and no payment came through in those days. So I have had to give all these members both months products as they can see what months are available...and as far as they are concerned they are paying monthly. They will think I am ripping them off if they don't get the products. How can I get the subscription to come out on the exact day every month...and not move a day or two. Thank you. Susan
