Stripe plugin and foreign payments

    I want to use the Stripe plugin to collect card payments. I am wondering if it will work with foreign (non-U.S.) cards. I know there is an option to "Use Stripe Checkout to collect Payment information" but I am wondering if using the plugin without leaving my website will work as well. Does anyone have any experience with this?

    I asked them already. They gave me a noncommittal answer. I'm assuming someone out there has real experience using the plugin for worldwide payments, and I was hoping to get their feedback.
