I am doing some testing with 1shoppingcart and amember and we run a test transaction for $0.01 and it processes then goes to the thank you page, but it does't show any of the transaction information. I then click the login button to see the subscriptions, but it says that there are no available subscriptions. Any idea why it's not activating a subscription in amember?
Out of about 150 transactions last month, we had 3 or 4 that did this as well. Most payments activated the account in Amember. But then there were the 3-4 that were charged, but the account was never marked as active in Amember. Anyone else seeing this? Any ideas why?
Hi everyone, I've just sent a ticket to Support with a similar problem. I received a Notification of Payment from Paypal and after 3.5 hours there's still no active member recorded in my aMember Admin Stats. This is extremely disappointing, as I can only presume that the new member hasn't received any Welcome email and therefore can't get access to the Member's Area and to the products he has purchased. I will try to add the new User to the system, but can anyone advise the correct way to overcome this problem and how to ensure that the new Member gets the Welcome email and Access details/ Thanks for any help and advice anyone can offer.
