I have used this before, but it seems the newsletter is more of an afterthought and hasn't been improved in years. 1. I can send a test email and it appears to work. 2. Throttle is set to 600 per hour, but that appears to NOT work, it just sends all 31,000 emails in a few minutes. 3. When I check my server outgoing mail report, it indicates nothing was sent. 4. One of the most annoying issues is if you set the title of the email and then preview it, then hit the back button, the title will change to "New Payment". 5. I am using
