Need aMember Programmer to Outsource customization

I am looking for a oncall programmer who knows aMember inside and out and can help me set up my member area (specifically my affiliate area at the moment).

I'm finding that the FAQs in this area are vague and being in North America it takes forever to connect up with support and get answers in a timely manner as they are in Europe.
