looking for php code revamped for amember

i have a php code in the site.php and its own file (codegen)
that uses the redirect from payment to a custom page for a user to make a serial code

this code is then copied to a text file and also another text file to be checked in case they try and cheat to make more than one code.

the endate is ended to the code to match when the item was brought and the time frame +day + month etc

want i need is when the next payment is made, this date is updated by say a month, or even a year

my coder has gone awol but been told maybe a mysql db to read from amember every 1 min?
1 min crone to read and update text file?

was advised on freelancer, should be less then £150

anyone?
