We are using the Vanilla forum plugin. For some users, they come to our site and log in (with their amember username/pw), and then they go to our forum, but they are not logged in to Vanilla. How can we troubleshoot this problem? For most of our customers it works just fine, logging into amember also logs them into Vanilla. This seems to only affect about 5% of all accounts.
