I know I have asked several questions here back to back, but this is how you learn and i am learning after my affiliates sign up for the affiliate program do they get a link to advertise on their blog, newsletters, site? Or how do they get credit for sales? What is the next step they take after they sign up and are ready to promote my membership site? Thanks and this will be the last question from me I promise! Rob
Hi Rob, On their member page, there is a link to "affiliates area" that takes them to aff_member.php (you can edit the .html in the templates directory). When they click there, this is where they get their click/commissions reporting. Also, there is a link to "Get banners and links". You would have to load up any banners and text in the admin control panel. So go to the admin control panel, click on "manage affiliate banners" and there will be links for add new banners or add new text ads. All you have to do is put in the display text (or upload a banner) and amember automatically creates the link. You also can manage and monitor the affiliate program from the admin control panel. Note that commissions are set in the product information.
