Hello all, I have been using Amember for about 5 years and have done a couple of updates and currently not have updated support of the version. My install acts a little buggy in a couple of areas and I would like to get the system updated and almost a clean reset if possible without impacting all of the settings and data. Is there an option for doing this in a very clean and easy way? I would be open to purchasing the support plan and doing everything in the proper manner.
So do you want to remote everything from database? If yes I recommend to do clean install using new database. If you just want to remove old records, upgrade your installation as usual: http://www.amember.com/docs/Upgrading_to_New_Version Then use amember CP -> Utilities -> Delete Old Records
