    Hi,

    Does anybody know if there is a way to configure the helpdesk add-on to enable people to email your support email address and for it to automatically create a ticket in the system?

    I am afraid aMember has not such feature.

    Is there a way I can add that myself with some PHP?

    eg. If someone fills in a contact form outside of Amember, it would be good to have this data also sent to the helpdesk system

    Are there any scripts I need to look at, to enable me to create this?
