Amember4 has no documentation on the Helpdesk / ticketing system. Does anyone know the list of variables that can be included in the response back to the customer when an admin responds to their ticket? I want to address them by their name and also include a copy of their original ticket in the automated response back to them. Can't find any supporting documentation. Thanks.
There is not ability to include ticket content in current release. I will add this feature and it will be available with next release. You can use the following placeholder to output user's name %user.name_f% and %user.name_l% for user's first and last name. You should be able to see all available template variables in dropdown menu below message content in template editing screen.
In latest version you can use placeholder %message.content% to include message content to notification.
