Hi I've an urgent request for help if anyone can provide some assistance. I want to set up a free product which gives people access to my site. I already have a number of pay for products which are working fine. The trouble is that when i set up the free payment using the free payment plugin, the payments are still classed as pending, as if they expect a payment. I have set the price to zero and the trial boxes are all blank. Someone tested it for me and go a different error - "Cannot use FREE payment plugin with the product which cost more than 0.0" Yes the payment price is zero Any ideas? I have an urgent promo that needs to go out. Many thanks in advance PS I used the pre select payment system and selected free sign up otherwise it displays the available merchant processors despite the price being zero.
I guess you use amember v3? Can you post a screenshot of your product settings? Also make sure you have amember CP -> Setup -> Free -> Require admin approoval unchecked.
