Deleted my $1 trial, members are still getting billed a $1 and not the $9.99 monthly?

    I thought I took the 1$ trial off the products page as in the check out cart of my membership site it has the $9.99 monthly and $99 yearly membership options NO $1 trial... But I got an email receipt today for a member that was only billed a $1 for the monthly trial.. Why is this?!

    What am I missing here?

    Did you disable it? or give it a new price group? Perhaps someone did some "price group fishing"?

    David, so do you suggest I delete the product/subscription that isn't being used or the ones that I don't need anymore.. I have several subscriptions on the product page that I'm not using or don't want to use...

    So would deleting these be the solution? The $99 yearly membership bills just fine, it's just the monthly that's the problem..

    How do I disable the membership options I don't want?

    No dont delete products. Have you set it to disable in the product page?

    Never mind, I just found out how to disable it.. Thanks for the quick reply though David...

    David, I disabled the old $1 membership but I just ran a test transaction again and it charged me only a $1! I don't have anything in the trail amount, that is set at 0.. what could I be doing?.. I have it set up in the product page as $9.99 a month...

    Hello,

    What payment processor are you using? Do you have to configure the product and price on the payment processor side also? Some plugins (i.e. ccbill) you just pass a product reference id to the payment processor and it does the bill/rebill based on information you have configured for the product on that side.
