Upon payment, subscribers aren't getting automated access to protected content. I've run tests on CCBill datalink and something seems to be wrong but CCBill have white-listed all possible IPs and still it won't fix. I can see the CCBill information is coming through as an invoice, but not registering as having been paid. Therefore no access is being granted. Please advise as I'm currently having to manually active memberships which is not ideal.
You need to raise a ticket and let them see what is happening, payment processor handling can be a dark art and a simple configuration error can cause it all to not work properly.
