I have two subscription options, monthly or annual payments I also have a "convert" option, where users paying monthly can switch to the annual subscription. However when a subscriber converts to annual payments, is there a way for the aMember system to automatically cancel the monthly payments? At the moment I have to watch for subscribers to "Convert" and manually cancel the old subscription. Thanks.
Hello, It depends on payment system. In case of payment system has API to cancel subscription then aMember do it automatically. Otherwise aMember send email to admin and ask to cancel previous subscription manually. Best Regards.
