I have a low ticket front end product. It adds them to amember after they pay, creating a new account for them. I want to upsell them to a premium product later in an email sequence. Can I use thrivecart to upsell but NOT create a new account? I just want thrivecart to make take the payment and then add them to another group on my forums. Is this possible? AND When a member already exists in the amember database on my site, does the Thrivecart integration check that and just add them a new group without creating a new account automatically?
Yes, if you already have user with same email in aMember then plugin just add another access record to this existing user account (Do not create new user)
Ok so when they go to the Thrivecart checkout page, just tell them to use the same email and it's all good? (Thanks!)
