I'm confused about the amember customer service. I filed an urgent request about 12 hours ago and still haven't heard anything. It makes me extremely nervous that they're so unresponsive, and theres no live chat or telephone number. Can someone please advise me what to do?
If you mean you posted a message into the forums for a support issue, go to support post it there with the access details. aMember support is top notch but is as per the hours listed. Chat/phone support from nearly all vendors is farmed out, aMember you get the developers direct!
