Aformmail Error

    hi!

    i get the following error and have absolutely no idea what it means...i'm a newbie to php.

    Parse error: parse error, unexpected T_ENCAPSED_AND_WHITESPACE, expecting T_STRING or T_VARIABLE or T_NUM_STRING in /home/www/longingboy/aformmail.php on line 245
