2Checkout renewals not processing correctly

    Support is aware of this issue, I just wanted to see if many others were having the same problem.

    I was switched over to 2CO's new cpanel about 9 days ago, since when every single subscription renewal has failed and I've had to do them all manually.

    The problem, according to aMember, is this line:

    <param name="vendor_order_id"/>

    The parameter "Vendor Order ID" arrives empty and thus aMember cannot find the user. Both myself and aMember support have been in contact with 2CO but they have gone completely silent now since about four days ago.

    I thought one of my settings on 2CO had been overwritten but all triggers are set correctly and passing every possible parameter (including "Vendor Order ID") so it's something dumb that 2CO are doing.

    I know 2CO have not switched everyone over to the new cpanel together but are doing it in stages, which started about 3 weeks ago.

    Also odd - new 2CO payments were also failing but that seemed to resolve itself by midweek so now it's only the renewals that I'm having to do manually.

    and, yes, it's a pain.

    Same problem... 2CO still not fixed

    PLUS... 2CO have re-billed some customers for SINGLE payment transactions

    Complete mess since they "upgraded"
