WHERE IS THE SUPPORT FOR THIS PRODUCT?

    This is extremely disapointing.
    I purchased this software last week. I am trying to reach their support because I am unable to get the product to work.

    WHERE IS THE SUPPORT FOR THIS PRODUCT?

    HELLO, CAN YOU PLEASE ANSWER ANY OF MY 3 EMAILS FOR THE PAST 3 DAYS???

    THIS IS NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

    Btw, I checked your nginx config, there is no aMember rules in it, so that's why you get 404 errors on amember pages.

    CAN YOU PLEASE ANSWER YOUR EMAILS? ( I have sent 3 emails today with 2 simple questions)

    POTENTIAL BUYERS... please note that the support on this product is delayed.

    The usual reply time for an email is 12 to 24 hours. In America, this is not acceptable. I answers my customers in minutes.
