I am planning out a moodle integration and was wonder your opinion on my best course of action. i am currently running amember3.1.9 and will be doing a clean install of moodle. The only integration plugin i can find on this site says its for moodle 1.8. will this work with 1.9 also? Is this the most up to date version of the plugin?

I'm getting concerned about the free installation. 24 hours was promised to get it done, and it's now much more than 24 hours. How can I know how long it will be before Amember is up and running on our site?

I'm really not getting anywhere through my support tickets. I'm having problems protecting my members folder and amember support say they can't help me without my ftp details. As my site is large, and very important to me I'm sure you can understand not giving out my FTP details to a random support person. Would it be possible to deal with you specifically for this issue, and I may consider giving out my FTP details to you. Otherwise I'll have to consider a refund, despite being very keen to use Amember's services.

Bob Yeager here. I having had my support team, server team, paypal and YOUR support desk looking into this problem during member payment processing:

Internal processing error : curl_exec error 60 SSL certificate problem, verify that the CA cert is OK. Details: error:14090086:SSL routines:SSL3_GET_SERVER_CERTIFICATE:certificate verify failed

We walked through doing the fix as stated on paypal's merchant technical support, which seems to be the same advice given in this forum as well.

Earlier today, I contacted your support desk and they said they could fix it. I got another message from your support desk which said they fixed it and I should test it. When I tested, now it says:

Internal processing error : You do not have permissions to make this API call

I've been losing sales for early three months now and I have a huge launch coming up with no answers to this problem. I seriously need to get this issue fixed.

Hi!

You posted the following response to a question regarding going directly to payment page and bypassing member.php.

"Sure this is possible here is link example that will forward existing user to payment page directly:
/amember/member.php?action=renew&paysys_id=google_checkout& product_id=1"

I want to do the same but cannot get it to work. It only works if user is already logged in. If not, it presents login.php, then takes user to member.php instead of payment page.
