Tested the aMember software for a couple of weeks and received support while doing so, which says a lot. After purchase and a change of webhost, we needed a lot of support (may not be done yet) and have always had a pretty quick and helpful response. I recommend the product and the people behind it. Good job - keep up the hard work.
