Hello guys, after hours talking with the hosting it seems the problem is into the amember installation You can see here the error http://www.learnvray.com/amember/signup/installments I didn't anything, no updates, no changes anything... I'm full of user complains (of course!).. and it's sunday morning! >.< Someone can help me to understand? something happened to the Amember installation? Thanks Jen PS If I remember fine my last updates was Amember 4.7.2 I could check file by file.. do you have this verions donwloaded on you pc to send me? It's just an idea
It seems the DB user lost the permission to access the DB....... Do you know any solution to restore the permissions?
Do you have any sort of control panel for your hosting? CPanel or Plesk or? Maybe try logging into that and navigating to the part that handles databases and such and verify the user has permissions set correctly and if not, grant it permissions.
Blimey you make it hard to help you really. Two threads same subject. Some answers in one thread some in another. Talk about causing confusion!!!
