I made some changes to update the e-mail template that gets sent out to members when they sign up, but for some strange reason the original e-mail is the one getting sent out, not the updated version. When I go into amember>>setup>>e-mail>>send signup e-mail/edit e-mail template, the correct version of the sign up e-mail is showing. However, when I do a test subscription or view the duplicate e-mails that get sent to me when someone signs up, it seems the old version is still the one going out. Any ideas?
May be you have old template in aMember Cp -> manage products -> Edit Product -> Send custom signup message?
That's it! I must be having early onset degenerative brain disease because I forgot I had set up those e-mails from the product configuration page. Thank you so much
