How to do I have make registration/signup forms without a payment button. I have some paid registrations and some free registrations. On the free ones I do not want any paypal or payment buttons. One answer I found on this forum was to " enable "free" payment plugin at aMember CP -> Setup -> Plugins." How do I do this? The "free" payment plugin does not seem to be available in the list of payment plugins.
