I have an annual payment (done via worldpay futurepay)

I want the product to have an expirationdate of 7th July each year. However, if a user does a payment midway through the year, eg if their payment didnt go through because their credit card details were out of date, they log onto worldpay, update their details and payment goes through the folloeing night.

I have the product set to have a fixed "Start Date Calculation" of "07/07/2016" . but when the worldpay payment goes through, the expiration date is always a year after the payment (eg if payment went through yesterday it would be set to expire a year from now, instead of the intedended 07/07/2017.

How can I fix expiration dates when payemtns go thorough miday way through the year?

    Thanks
    Ben

    Hello,

I am afraid setting Start Date Calculation has not any affect in case of recurring subscription.

I believe it is possible to implement some customization to deal with your use case.
