Autoresponder messages under under Products->Protect Content->Email Messages. The cool thing is that now you can tie a message to multiple products. Cheers Rob
I'm sorry, a one time custom email. If I need to ask a user a question or something, what is the best way to email them from aMember?
This is a 4.1 installation. "E-Mail Users" is under "Users" as shown in the image below. You can filter this to a single user ID using "Advanced Search"
If you have "helpdesk" module enabled, you may go to "Tickets" tab in user profile and start new ticket as "Administrator". Message will be sent to customer, and he will be able to answer via member area (e-mail responses are not supported).
