Hi all, We have major inconsistencies when it comes to reporting. We just need to know how many subscribers we have. In reporting, when running the report 'Active Users By Products' - a figure will show. That figure can fluctuate by hundreds within hours, even though those fluctuations do not reflect the number of signups/cancellations. We have one product, and two payment systems (PayPal and WorldPay). We just simply want to know how many subscribers we have, which is quite important to any business. Can anyone help or share their own experiences with this?
