Personal Content plugin request

    just brought the
    Personal Content plugin

    wanted to give my feedback and see if can be moved to where i would like it?

    firstly i think should be removed from the far left bottom in utilities to under "USERS" as it is a user plugin.

    also when viewing any user, i would like it after the address part

    These changes will be included to upcoming release.
