Pending Payments

    I have several pending invoices from new users. Why are they stuck as pending? What is keeping them from being processed?

    More possible user just did not complete payment for some reason.

    Hello. I have the same problem, except that the user was me and I completed the payment process correctly and even received verification of the payment received, but 'user' still shows as pending. Please assist. Thank you.
