Order processing problem and no response

    Guys,

    I am seeing good reports about amember support. But I'm afraid this is not my experience and hope that this is not a problem that is developping. I ordered amember on Mon 17/12/2007 21:36. To my absolute disappointment I found the order process not slick at all... You pay but you cannot download the software immediately before a manual verification which is supposed to take 24 hours. 24 hours later still hear NOTHING yet. You create a support ticket...still nothing. You email support@cgi-central.net you get an auto-response but still nothing!

    WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON:confused: My project is now delayed by a week!

    Am I the only one experiencing this problem?

    Okay I have a response now

    I have a response now so it seems that the support did not get my order the order did not go through.

    I will have to resubmit the order.
