We're in a need of someone who's an expert with amember, to assist with resolving issues with customers we've imported into amember. We've reached out to amember support, but between the time zone differences (them in Europe versus the USA) and what seems to be non-native English issues, we aren't getting anywhere with them. People are able to sign up, pay and those work. And one set of user subscriptions works, but the other type doesn't - it's not renewing. Both were imported.
