Is there a way to offer the aMember helpdesk without signing up for a username and password? In other words, can a guest submit their email address and then ask a question in aMember's helpdesk?
You can set up free lifetime product (eg. Helpdesk Access) and set special form for this product with one field - email. Guest can submit his email in this form and then can use helpdesk.
