I have been using aMember for ages on a few sites, but today was the first time (amazingly enough) that I found myself using it as a customer! I was halfway through buying a piece of software when I suddenly realised - "hey! this is aMember I'm using!!" Well as a customer I found it a smooth, easy and very efficient transaction, and it gave me a very good impression of the people I was buying from - not only because it was so smooth but because I reckon it meant they knew what they were about. I know what it does from the backend, but it was interesting to be on the other side using the familiar system doing a VERY different job than the one it does for me. It impressed me from that end just as much as it does from the working end!
