We have some content protection set up, which was working, but we haven't used it for some time and a lot of changes have happened since then, and amember has been moved to a sub domain of the main site now.

Now when I try a url I get the following error:

The requested URL /amember/protect/new-rewrite was not found on this server.

    Help please?

    Hello,

You need to re protect these foldres (if you changed location of aMember).
You can do it within aMember admin interface:
aMember CP -> Protect Content -> Folders

edit each folder record and click "save" button.

    Best Regards.

    Hi,

    thank you for replying.

I updated one and selected the 'link' to test it, but got this message:

Fatal error: Cannot instantiate abstract class MediaController in /home/edusites/public_html/amember/library/Zend/Controller/Dispatcher/Standard.php on line 280
