I have a recurring payment set up with a £20 initial payment which increases to £30 after month one. I want to change that amount to £25 and have edited the product accordingly.

However, I have one user who signed up before I made the change and the dashboard is indicating that his next due payment is still £30.

Will he be charged the new £25 rate when his recurring payment is taken as that is what is now detailed for that product, or will he be charged £30, as it was when he signed up?

If the latter, is there a way for me to edit this amount please? Thanks

Your changes in product billing plan do not affect existing users so user will be charged original price ie. £30.
What is payment system you use? Ability to change existing recurring plan depends on Payment system.

Cool. It is possible to fix this subscription in this case. We can alter second price of this user in database directly. Do you mind to contact us in helpdpesk? We will do it.
