    Hi guys,

I am trying to protect a couple of pages using shortcodes [am4show have='p4' user_error='no_access' guest_error='no_access'] but even when I am logged in, can't still see the content.
    1. how can I tell the product ID? All I see is 4
    2. When I am logged in, I want this shortcode ([am4info var=loginurl title="login"] | [am4info var=signupurl title="sign up"])to be removed on the page.

anyone has solve this issue? and if someone can point me to the right direction that'll be great.

    Thanks!

    1. Not sure I understand what you mean? 4 is a product ID in this case. So above shortcode will display content for users who have active product 4 subscription. Check your user in aMember and make sure it have that subscription and subscription is active.
    2. Put it inside [am4guest] shortcode. Text within am4guest shortcode will be displayed for not logged in users only.

    Thanks for responding back alexander!

-User is already set on subscription and they are active.
-It doesn't work on my end, whenever I view the page it's still locked even if I am login on amember. Any ideas?

    Thanks again!
