Active members have no access to active resources

    I'm going through the help desk and they are working on it, but I'm being bombarded by unhappy customers. So I was wondering if anyone has had this problem. We recently migrated over to a new server and although the members have active subscriptions, they can't get access to the "Active Resources" (the protected part of the site). There is no link there and they don't have access.

    In other words, although the accounts show active, but they don't have access. It seems to appear some days and disappear another????
