I have protected folder, when user signs up they get access to folder. However after payment users still get "access restricted" They have to clear browser cache and re-login before they have access. Is this cloudflare cache problem?

I have this same issue. I've done the upgrades to 5.3.1 as suggested, reset up folder protection and am still getting the same error.
@cheetahjab Can you contact us in helpdesk? https://www.amember.com/support We need to check your installation to find cause of this issue. Thanks.
I get this issue a lot myself with some of my clients. I have to inform my clients to clear cache, but that is a pain. It happens to me a lot - I think it has to do with my browser - Apple Safari. And I do use CloudFlare, too.
I might have some great news about this. It appears there is a simple solution to deal with this problem between CloudFlare and aMember... My go-to web guy told me Apache was not logging visits properly with CloudFlare. He fixed it in minutes. And I have yet to see this reoccur. He hangs out on Fiverr... super reasonable and super fast... here is his link: https://www.fiverr.com/shahzaibmushtaq
