  • We answer all questions within 24 hours or sooner during the workweek. If you did not receive a response by e-mail within 24 hours, please login to helpdesk and check ticket status using your browser. E-Mail is not 100% reliable, and incorrectly configured email filters may reject messages from our helpdesk system.
  • On weekends and public holidays only tickets marked urgent will be answered. Unfortunately, we do not offer free installations on weekends.
  • CGI-Central currently does not offer phone support. However, you can schedule a LiveChat meeting to discuss questions online. Please submit a ticket with LiveChat request.
