Any plans to integrate with ZenDesk? Or if someone can recommend another support ticket system that integrates well with aMember?
I don't know what exact features you require in a support ticket system, but did you realize aMember does have an integrated help desk/ticket system? Hi You may have a Helpdesk plugin but when you get to the documentation page regarding using it, it is empty! Can you direct me to using the helpdesk plugin? Do you not have a working copy we can use? Thanks.
